Dr. Stepan gives out practice problems that are conceptual bare minimums, yet her exam questions require Ph.D. graduate-level knowledge.
Dr. Stepan's exams are typically harder than canvas quizzes and PLA's for CHEM 112. Past exam questions are used in lecture, but not exceptions, and hard variations are taught before exams.
